Return & Refund Policy

At Tigros, we want you to absolutely love your new athletic gear. If something isn’t quite right—whether the shoes don't fit perfectly or the shorts aren't what you expected—we’ve got you covered with our hassle-free return policy.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition you received them.
  • In their original packaging (shoes must be returned in their original shoe box).
  • Free from any sweat marks, dirt, or signs of outdoor use.

2. How to Start a Return

Starting a return is super simple:

  1. Send an email to info@tigros.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization along with the return shipping address instructions.
  3. Pack up the items securely and mail them back to us.

Note: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned gear, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve got it. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method (Visa or Mastercard). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

4. Exchanges

Need a different shoe size or a different color in those shorts? The fastest way to get what you need is to return the original item following the steps above, and make a separate new purchase for the correct size or style on our website.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If we accidentally sent you the wrong item or if your gear arrived damaged, please contact us immediately at info@tigros.shop with photos of the issue. We will send out a replacement or issue a full refund, and we’ll cover all shipping costs to fix our mistake!
